GLW Up and Running

The “GLW” picked up its first ETF this morning so the third “passive portfolio” is launched. What I did was look at the technical graph for each ETF of interest and from the technical information, primarily the RSI graph, made a decision on which ETF would be the first to populate the GLW portfolio.

GLW Portfolio to Launch Today
