Classical Music Recommendation - Beethoven

Tag: MusicPhyslab @ 5:00 am

The classical music recommendation for this week is “The Late Piano Sonatas Opus 90, 101, 106, 109, 110 & 111. This is a Philips CD featuring Alfred Brendel.  It is a two CD collection.  If you enjoy soothing piano music composed by Beethoven, this CD comes with my highest recommendation.

I ordered the CD — based on your recommendation. Just love it! Thanks so much. Hope you’ll share some more of your favorite piano collections in the future!

    MM,

I put up a music recommendation each Sunday. Not all of them are classical, but the majority will be. This week, I am recommending a Telemann CD. If you are looking to build a classical music collection, I highly recommend Ted Libby’s two books on music. “Building a Classical Music CD Collection” is one and his latest is, “Listener’s Encyclopedia of Classical Music.” Libby has never given me a bad recommendation.
