Mosaic Portfolio of Interested Reader
One reader took me up on my offer to analyze his portfolio. Since I am only able to include 20 tickers on the QPP software, only those holdings occupying the highest percentage of the portfolio are listed. In addition, I added the 17.6% cash position to the 10.9% held in TIP. These alterations will change the final projections, but only slightly.
As you will see from this “movie,” the portfolio is well diversified with a DM of 41%. Many of the individual stock holdings have relatively low R^2 values. The projected annual return is very close to 10% and the risk or SD percentage is a respectable 16%.
I don’t see changes I would make to this portfolio at this time. This reader is to be congratulated on putting together a fine portfolio.
